  • Honey or Maple Syrup (1 teaspoon)

Directions

Simply take a pan and put all the ingredients together except Shilajit. Let milk boil. When milk starts to boil, reduce the flame and let the flavours induce into the milk for 5-10 minutes. Turn off the flame and add Shilajit. Stir well to mix and strain into your mug.
