Himalayan Shilajit Manufacturer & Wholesale Supplier: Bulk Resin, Private Label and Brand Authorization
Himalayan Healing (Pvt) Limited is a direct shilajit manufacturer in Pakistan. We collect raw shilajit in Gilgit-Baltistan, purify it in our own GMP-audited facility, and supply bulk resin, liquid shilajit, capsules, drops and fully branded private label products to companies in the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the Gulf.
Every batch ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis. Partners can visit the mountains and the facility to watch, and film, their own product being made.

Why buy from a direct shilajit manufacturer, not a trader
Much of the shilajit sold online passes through several hands before it reaches a label. A trader buys whatever stock is available that month, so the product can change from one order to the next, and nobody in the chain can show you where it came from.
We work the other way round. Our own team collects and grades raw material in the mountains, brings it to our facility, and controls purification, testing, filling, packing and export. When you order from Himalayan Healing, you are ordering from the people who make the product.
That matters for three reasons buyers raise most often: traceability (you can see the source), consistency (your tenth batch should match your first), and documentation (a real lab report for the batch you received, not a generic “lab tested” graphic).
“The shilajit we make for our partners is the same shilajit my own family has used for more than a decade. That is the standard every batch is held to.” Zahir Ali, Founder, Himalayan Healing (Pvt) Limited
How our shilajit is made: from mountain rock to finished product
We describe our work as preservation rather than manufacture. Nature makes shilajit; our job is to extract it without destroying what makes it valuable. Here is each stage, photographed in our own facility.
-
High-altitude collection in Gilgit-Baltistan
Raw shilajit-bearing rock is collected from high-altitude sites in Gilgit-Baltistan, working with local highland collectors. Our team selects material at the source rather than buying from the open market.

-
Rock grading and sorting
Raw rock is spread, dried and graded by hand. Low-grade and foreign material is removed before any processing begins, because what you leave out at this stage decides the quality of everything after it.

-
Water extraction and multi-stage filtration
Graded rock is soaked in filtered spring water to release the resin. The solution then passes through multi-stage filtration, including our arsenic removal system, and traditional plant-based purification.

-
Sun maturation, not industrial heat
Purified liquid is concentrated slowly in stainless trays on our glass-covered Sun Maturation Deck. We do not use aggressive heat extraction to speed this up. A single batch takes 60 to 75 days from raw rock to finished resin.

-
Testing, filling and export packing
Each batch is sampled for third-party testing before release. Approved resin is filled by hand into jars, drops or capsules under hygiene controls, then labelled, cartoned and prepared for export with batch documentation.

Certifications, COA and third-party lab testing
A shilajit supplier's claims are only as good as the paperwork behind them. These are the certificates we hold. Copies are shared with qualified buyers on request.

What a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) shows
Every batch we ship carries a COA from an independent laboratory. Depending on the market and order, testing is carried out by AGROLAB (Germany), Eurofins (UK and USA), Bureau Veritas or PCSIR.
Heavy metals are reported as measured values against limits, not a “pass” stamp. You can read the numbers yourself and hand them to your own compliance team or marketplace.
On fulvic acid: results vary depending on the test method a lab uses, so we don't advertise a single headline percentage. The COA states the measured value and the method, which is the honest way to compare suppliers.
- Lead (Pb)measured, mg/kg
- Cadmium (Cd)measured, mg/kg
- Mercury (Hg)measured, mg/kg
- Arsenic (As)measured, mg/kg
- E. coli, Salmonellaabsence / presence
- Total plate count, yeast and mouldcfu/g
- Fulvic and humic contentvalue with test method
- Batch number and lab nametraceable to your order
Eurofins testing included on orders above 300 jars
For finished-product orders of more than 300 jars, we send a sample of your production batch to Eurofins for testing. You receive a report for the exact batch carrying your brand, ready for retailers, marketplaces and importers.
Bulk wholesale, private label and brand authorization

Brand authorization and distribution
For resellers and distributors
Sell our own house brands, such as Healing Shilajit™, as an authorized reseller or regional distributor.
- Letter of authorization for marketplaces such as Amazon
- Trademark evidence (USPTO Reg. No. 8,209,213; Australia Reg. No. 2154621)
- Batch COAs and certificates for listings
- Approved product images and compliant copy

How a private label order works
- Brief and samples. Tell us your market, format and volume. We send product samples and the current batch COA.
- Specification and artwork. We agree the product specification, packaging and label. We review label wording against your market's rules.
- Production and testing. Your batch is produced, filled and tested. Orders above 300 jars include Eurofins testing.
- Documents and dispatch. You receive the batch COA, certificates and export documents, and the order ships.
- Reorder to the same spec. Repeat orders are made to the agreed specification so your product stays consistent.
Visit the source and film your own shilajit content
Every year, brand owners and buyers from abroad travel to Pakistan to see the process for themselves and to record it for their own brands. We welcome that. Nothing builds customer trust like footage you shot yourself.
Qualified bulk, private label and distribution partners can arrange a visit to film:
- The mountain sourcing region in Gilgit-Baltistan
- Raw rock grading and water extraction
- The Sun Maturation Deck
- Filling and packing of your own branded batch
Visits are arranged in advance for partners with a confirmed or planned order. Tell us your dates when you enquire.
Shilajit supplier for the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and the Gulf

United States
21 CFR Part 111 GMP audit, batch COAs, USDA Organic, and structure-function label wording support.
Canada
Lab documentation and finished product specifications prepared to support Natural Health Product applications.
United Kingdom
Eurofins UK and AGROLAB testing, certificate of origin, and food supplement label support.
European Union
EU Organic (Reg. 2018/848), German-lab COAs from AGROLAB, and export documentation.
Australia
Batch testing and documentation for importers, with advertising copy kept within Australian therapeutic goods rules.
Gulf countries
Halal certification and documentation for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
How to choose a shilajit manufacturer: a buyer's checklist
Use these checks with any supplier, including us.
- Ask for a batch COA, not a sample report. It should name the lab, the batch number and actual heavy metal values.
- Check the lab is independent. AGROLAB, Eurofins, Bureau Veritas and similar accredited labs can be contacted to confirm a report.
- Ask who makes the product. A manufacturer can show you its facility; a trader usually cannot.
- Read the certificate scope. A GMP or ISO certificate only covers the activities listed on it.
- Ask how it is purified. Methods and timelines should be explained clearly, including whether heat is used.
- Be wary of headline numbers. Claims such as a fixed fulvic percentage or “84+ minerals” mean little without a method and a batch report.
- Visit, or ask for footage. A supplier confident in its process will welcome a visit.
