Return Policy
We are glad to provide a 40-day return policy. You have 40 days from the date of receiving your item to ask for a return. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.
If you would like to return any product, please send an email to info@himalayanhealingshilajit.com . Our customer service team will provide you with the right return address. Items returned without an approved authorization from us are not accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your return is submitted, we will accept and examine it within which we will inform you of whether to expect an approved or rejected refund. If approved, we will make the refund and make sure it pays back into your original method of payment. Please note that we ask for some time to be able to reflect in your account according to your financial institution.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order for damages as soon as possible upon delivery. If the merchandise is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong order, please advise us of this so we can investigate and correct the problem within a timely fashion.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Specific items are not returnable. These are: perishable goods; special or personalized orders; items used personally by another. We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquid etc. If you feel unsure about a specific item, please contact us for verification. Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Returns for Exchanges
In case you want to get the item of your choice sooner, we would suggest returning the item you are currently holding. Once we accept your return, you will be free to order a different item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason without giving us any explanation. Returns are accepted only when items returned are received in the same condition as when they are delivered-to be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Receipt or other proof of purchase accompany the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, we'll contact you about the acceptance or rejection of your refund. Once accepted, your refund will automatically return to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
