I'm Zahir Ali. I've been making shilajit for 14 years — and taking it myself, with my family, for 12. I started as a customer who couldn't find resin I trusted. So we went to the mountains ourselves.
Today our team works directly with highland collectors in Gilgit-Baltistan, grades every rock by hand, and runs our own GMP-certified facility. Buyers from other countries visit every year to film the process for their own brands. Nothing is hidden, because there's nothing to hide.
"Nature already made it. Our job is to get it out of the rock without destroying it."
— Zahir Ali, Founder, Himalayan Healing Pvt Ltd
Traditional purification is slow on purpose. Heat and speed are what turn good raw resin into a flat, burnt product.

Hand-collected from rock seams where three mountain ranges meet.

Raw material is sorted by hand. Only gold-grade goes forward.

Dissolved in glacier-fed spring water and filtered to remove rock and debris.

Purified the traditional way with moringa and triphala — no chemical solvents.

Slowly sun-dried on our glass deck until it sets into a dense resin.
The biggest risk with shilajit is contamination — heavy metals and microbes in poorly purified resin. Every batch we make is tested by an independent third-party lab (AGROLAB Germany, Eurofins, Bureau Veritas, PCSIR) and the report is published.

"I won't make the mistake of purchasing a cheaper version from eBay again — the pungent smell was off-putting. This has a very clean, smoky, peat-like taste, reminiscent of malt whisky."
"High quality product. I've been using it for 5 years. The best quality in the market."
"Finest shilajit available anywhere. Would not start a day without it."
Scoop a rice-to-pea-sized portion (about 300–500 mg) with the included spoon. Start small for the first week.
Dissolve in warm (not boiling) water, tea, milk or coffee. Real resin dissolves fully with no grit left behind.
Take once a day, usually in the morning. Store the jar closed at room temperature, away from moisture.

Every size is the same gold-grade resin from the same tested batches. Larger jars simply cost less per serving.
If you're not happy, send it back — opened or unopened, at any time. No restocking fee and no questions about why. We can offer this because we make it ourselves and we know what's in every jar.

Shilajit is a natural, tar-like resin that seeps from rock layers in high mountain ranges such as the Himalaya, Karakoram and Hindu Kush. It forms over centuries from compressed plant matter and contains naturally occurring fulvic compounds and trace minerals. It has been used for generations in traditional wellness practices, usually dissolved in warm water or milk.
Shilajit from high altitudes in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan — where the Karakoram, Himalaya and Hindu Kush ranges meet — is among the most sought-after in the world. Quality then depends on how it is purified and dried: hand-graded rock, water filtration and slow sun-drying preserve the resin far better than fast heat processing. Himalayan Healing collects above 17,000 ft in this region and processes it in its own facility.
Real shilajit resin is hard when cold and soft and sticky when warm; it dissolves completely in warm water leaving no grit; it has an earthy, smoky smell; and it does not melt into liquid over a flame. Most importantly, a genuine seller can show a recent third-party lab report for heavy metals and microbes. If a brand can't show a lab report, treat that as a warning sign.
Take a rice-to-pea-sized portion (about 300–500 mg) once a day, dissolved in warm water, tea or milk. Most people take it in the morning. Start with a smaller amount for the first week. A 30g jar gives about 60 servings; 50g about 100; 100g about 200.
Unpurified or poorly processed shilajit can contain heavy metals, which is why testing matters. Our batches are tested by independent labs; a representative batch measured lead at 0.088 mg/kg, which works out to less than 1% of the USP daily limit per 500 mg serving, with E. coli and Salmonella absent. Do not use shilajit if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and speak to your doctor first if you have a medical condition or take medication.
Good shilajit tastes earthy, smoky and slightly bitter — customers often compare ours to peat or malt whisky. A very sharp, chemical or rotten smell can indicate poor processing.
Orders ship from our facility within 2 business days with tracking. Typical delivery is 4–7 days to Australia, the USA, the UK and Canada, and 12–16 days to the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
